International Orders, Customs & Import Charges
For international orders, any customs charges, import duties, taxes, tariffs or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price paid to us.
Customs requirements and charges vary by country, and we are unable to guarantee whether charges will apply or how much they may be.
Where customs, import or other charges are requested from us rather than the customer, we reserve the right to refuse the charges. This may result in the parcel being refused and returned.
Any delays caused by customs clearance or local authorities are outside of our control and are not included within our estimated delivery timeframes.
