RETURNS POLICY
READY-TO-WEAR
Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
If your return is approved, you will receive store credit only for the value of the returned item(s). Store credit does not expire and may be used on any future purchase.
MADE-TO-ORDER / CUSTOM
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on made-to-order or custom garments, including any piece created to your requested sizing, measurements, or specifications.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- made to measure
-Sale, discounted, or sample sale items
-Reworked /altered ready-to-wear garments
-custom orders
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
HOW TO RETURN (READY-TO-WEAR ONLY)
To arrange a return, please email our customer service team with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Once approved, we will send you instructions for sending your item back.
To be accepted, returned items must be:
Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
Returned with all tags, packaging, and any attached return ribbons intact
We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these requirements.
RETURN SHIPPING
UK
The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service.
INTERNATIONAL
Customers outside the UK are also responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ensure your parcel is clearly marked as “Returned Goods.”
Any customs charges, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If fees are charged to us, the parcel may be refused and returned to sender.
Please include your full name, order number, and contact details inside the parcel so we can identify your return.
